HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE UMA SHANKER VYAS Judgment / Order 05/02/2024 After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this second anticipatory bail application with liberty to him to surrender before the concerned Court.

Permission as sought for is granted. This second bail application filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

However, if the petitioner surrenders himself and files the bail application before the concerned Court, it is expected from the concerned court to decide the bail application of the petitioner preferably on the same day, in accordance with law.
