The present petition filed in the year 2015 is only coming for

admission in the year 2024.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has relied on judgment of

this Court in the case of Pawan Meena vs. The State of

[2024:RJ-JP:8948] (2 of 2) [CW-10464/2015]

Rajasthan (S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 1665/2024; decided

on 02.02.2024) and prays that petitioner be granted similar

liberty to file representation.

Heard and considered.

The petitioner is granted liberty to file representation before

the respondent. If the said representation is filed within a period

of ten days, the respondents are directed to decide the same,

after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, strictly

in accordance with law and as expeditiously as possible, preferably

within a period of four weeks.

Needless to say that the petitioner would have the liberty to

approach the Court again if the need so arises, in accordance with

law.

The writ petition stands disposed of in above terms.
