For the reasons stated in the restoration application, the

same is allowed subject to cost of ₹1,000/-.

The order dated 27.07.2023 is recalled. The SB Civil Writ

Petition No.13319/2017 shall stand restored to its original number

provided the aforesaid cost is deposited by the applicant/petitioner

with the Litigants Welfare Fund within a period of four weeks from

today failing which this order shall stand recalled and the

[2024:RJ-JP:7896] (2 of 2) [WRES-214/2023]

restoration application shall stand dismissed without reference to

the Court.
