1. On 14.09.2018, this Court has granted interim order in
favour of petitioner while relying upon the judgment dated
18.08.2017 in the case of Trilok Ram Vs. State of Rajasthan &
Ors. : D.B. Special Appeal Writ No. 667/2015.
2. As informed by Mr. Chouhan, learned counsel for the
respondents, the above referred judgment in the case of Trilok
Ram (supra) has been reversed by Hon'ble the Supreme Court by
the judgment dated 12.09.2019 in the case of State of Rajasthan
[2023:RJ-JD:27864] (2 of 2) [CW-13873/2018]
& Ors. Vs. Trilok Ram : SLP No. 30933/2017 (Reported in (2019)
10 SCC 383).
3. The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed.
4. The stay application also stands dismissed accordingly.
