In compliance of order passed by this Court

dated 06.10.2023, a receipt of Rs.25,000/- has been

submitted by the parties, which is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the parties submit that

both the parties have entered into a compromise.

Parties are directed to appear before the

Investigating Officer within a period of 3 days.

Learned Public Prosecutor is directed to get the

factum of compromise entered between the parties

verified by the Investigating Officer and he is also

directed to procure the case diary.

List on 19.10.2023, as prayed.

In the meanwhile and till next date of hearing,

no coercive action shall be taken against the

petitioners in pursuance of FIR No.644/2023

registered at Police Station Shipra Path, District

Jaipur City (South) for offence(s) under Section(s)

420, 406, 467, 468 & 120-B of IPC.

It is made clear that on the next date, the

interim order itself shall automatically come to an

end until it is extended by passing a specific order

after hearing both parties.
