The present writ petition, under Article 227 of Constitution of

India, was filed in the year 2014 against the impugned judgment

and decree passed by the Appellate Rent Tribunal, Kota.

On perusal of the Court file, it is noted that the petitioner has

taken no active steps to contest the matter. Even when the matter

was called today, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed in default.
