This contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful

disobedience of the order dated 08.02.2018 passed by this Court

whereby, the respondents were directed to decide the

[2023:RJ-JP:27640] (2 of 2) [CCP-2583/2018]

representation filed by the petitioner vide a reasoned and

speaking order in accordance with law.

Inviting attention of this Court towards the order dated

10.01.2019 (Annexure-R/1) appended with the reply filed by

them, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the

representation filed by the petitioner has been decided vide a

reasoned and speaking order. He, therefore, prays for dismissal of

the contempt petition.

None for the petitioner even in second round.

Taking into consideration the contentions advanced by the

learned counsel for the respondents, this Court is satisfied that

there has been substantial compliance of the order dated

08.02.2018.

In view thereof, this contempt petition is dismissed.

Notices are discharged.
