Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the

controversy involved in the present case is squarely covered by

judgments of this Court rendered in S.B. Civil Writ Petition

No.1033/2017 "Mohhamad Umer Rangrej Vs. State of

Rajasthan & Anr." & another connected matter decided on

04.04.2019 and in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.13431/2022

(2 of 2) [CW-7223/2023]

"Hansraj Singh Shekhawat Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors."

decided on 30.01.2023.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable within four

weeks. Issue notice of stay application also.

Meanwhile and till the next date of hearing, effect and

operation of the order dated 12.05.2023 (Annex.6) shall remain

stayed qua the petitioner.
