The matter comes upon an application for extension of the

interim order dated 17.11.2021, in view of the directions issued in

the Apex Court judgment in the case of Asian Resurfacing of

Road Agency Pvt. Ltd. & Ors. Vs. Central Bureau of

Investigation; (2018) 16 SCC 299.

A perusal of the record shows that the present is a revision

petition against the order whereby the application under Section

12 read with Order XXIII Rule 1 and Section 151 of the Code of

Civil Procedure as preferred by the petitioner was rejected. It is

clear that if the interim order is not extended, the present revision

petition itself would become infructuous. The hearing of the

petition is likely to take time.

In view of the same, the interim order dated 17.11.2021 is

extended for a further period of six months or till the final disposal

of the present revision petition, whichever is earlier.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
