Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner

was appointed by the respondents after following due process and

he is serving in the department for last six years. He further

submits that the respondents are proceeding to terminate the

service of the petitioner in light of the judgment rendered by this

Court in D.B. Special (Writ) no.1733/2018 (Virendra Kumar

& Anr. V/s State of Rajsthan & Ors.) and other connected

bunch of matters decided vide order dated 09.08.2019 which is

having no bearing in the case of the petitioner.

Matter requires consideration.

Issue notice, returnable on 25.05.2023. Issue notice of stay

application also. Notices be given 'dasti' as well.

Additionally, learned counsel for the petitioner will be free to

serve a copy of the writ petition upon the Standing counsel of the

respondents within a period of three days from today.

List the matter on 25.05.2023.

Meanwhile and till the next date of hearing, the services of

the petitioner shall not be dispensed with in pursuance of the

notice dated 10.04.2023, if the same has not been done so far.
