1. In the impugned judgment dated 28.11.2017, it has been

mentioned by the learned Magistrate that the accused respondent

has deposited a demand draft dated 15.11.2017 of Rs.1,00,000/-

of the State Bank of India, Branch Bhopalganj, District Bhilwara

to be paid to the appellant herein.

2. By the lapse of time, the validity of the draft might have

expired, therefore, the original draft be handed over to learned

counsel for the respondent Mr. Ashok Khileri during the course of

the day for the purpose of its renewal.
