HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MAHENDAR KUMAR GOYAL
Order
14/03/2023 Learned counsel for the respondents prays for a week's time
to file compliance report.
This Court has, vide order dated 03.04.2018, directed the
respondents to decide the representation filed by the petitioners in
the light of the judgment of this Court in case of Govind Das
Vaishnav & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.: S.B. Civil Writ
Petition No.1798/2012 decided on 26.05.2014.
It is shocking and painful that despite lapse of about 5 years
since the direction was issued, the same has not been complied
with.
However, in the interest of justice, the respondents are
granted an opportunity to purge the contempt, to ensure
compliance of the order dated 03.04.2018 and file compliance
report failing which the Director, Elementary Education, Rajasthan
(2 of 2) [CCP-1617/2019]
shall remain present in the Court on next date along with his
affidavit explaining the reasons for non-compliance.
List the matter on 21.03.2023 as prayed.
