The petitioner, who is a Private Secretary-cum-Judgment

Writer, was working in Rajasthan High Court at Principal Seat

Jodhpur, however, he was transferred to Jaipur Bench vide order

dated 18.01.2023 and thereafter, he was relieved to join his duties

at Jaipur vide order dated 27.01.2023.

The said transfer and relieving orders are under challenge in

this writ petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that

pursuant to the above referred orders, the petitioner has already

joined his duty at Rajasthan High Court Jaipur Bench at Jaipur,

therefore, he does not want to press this writ petition, however,

seeks liberty for the petitioner to file fresh representation before

the Administration of Rajasthan High Court for redressal of his

grievance.

In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as not

pressed with the liberty as prayed for.

Stay petition also stands dismissed.
