Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the

controversy involved in the present case is squarely covered by a

judgment of this Court passed in S.B. Civil Writ Petition

No.1009/2023 "Sachin Rai Joshi Vs. State of Rajasthan &

Ors." on 01.02.2023.

For the self same reasons, the present writ petition is also

dismissed in light of the judgment passed by this Court in the case

of Sachin Rai Joshi (supra).
