1. By way of present petition, the petitioner has sought

proceedings for contempt against the respondents for non-

compliance of the order dated 15.03.2021.

2. A perusal of the order dated 15.03.2021 shows that this

Court had simply directed the respondents to consider petitioner's

representation in light of law laid down in Anokh Bai's case.

3. Mr. Gaur, learned Additional Advocate General invited Court's

attention towards the order dated 15.09.2021 (Annexure-R/1)

filed with the contempt petition and submitted that due

compliance of the order passed by this Court has been made and

if the petitioner is in any manner aggrieved with the said decision

dated 15.09.2021, she should avail other remedies in accordance

with law as no contempt is made out.

4. Heard Mr. Gaur, learned Additional Advocate General and

perused the record.

5. It is not in dispute that the order dated 15.03.2021 required

the respondents to decide petitioner's representation in

accordance with law including the judgment in the case of Anokh

Bai.

6. In furtherance whereof, the competent authority-the

respondents have passed the order dated 15.09.2021.

7. So far as compliance of the order under consideration is

concerned, the same has been made well within a period of six

months.

8. In view of the aforesaid, the contempt petition cannot

continue. The petition is disposed of accordingly.

9. Notices of contempt are hereby discharged.

10. If the petitioner has any grievance against the order dated

15.09.2021, she may avail other remedies in accordance with law.
