An application has been preferred on behalf of the petitioners

with a prayer for extension of interim order dated 10.02.2020.

A perusal of the interim order dated 10.02.2020 makes it

clear that the same was absolute and on the said date the stay

application was disposed of.

However, in view of the Hon'ble Apex Court judgment passed

in the case of Asian Resurfacing of Road Agency Vs. Central

Bureau of Investigation; 2018 (16) SCC 299 the interim order

dated 10.02.2020 is extended for a further period of six months or

till the disposal of the petition whichever is earlier.

The application (No.01/2021) for extension of interim order

is disposed of.

A copy of this order be placed in each file.
