Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the order

dated 06.11.2015 for which review is being sought is based on

order in Union of India & Ors. Vs. Har Govind Sharma: D.B. Civil

Writ Petition No.11709/2013, qua which judgment, the application

seeking recall has been filed and is pending.

He prays for time to produce the particulars thereof.

Further submissions have been made by counsel for the

respondent that learned counsel Mr. S.P. Singh, who appears for

the respondent has suffered fracture.

In view of the above, list these petitions on 27.02.2023.
