The application (I.A. No.1/22) preferred on behalf of the

petitioner for extension of interim order dated 05.09.2019.

A perusal of the interim order dated 05.09.2019 makes it

clear that the same was absolute and on the said date the stay

application was disposed of.

However, in view of the Hon'ble Apex Court judgment passed

in the case of Asian Resurfacing of Road Agency Vs. Central

Bureau of Investigation; 2018 (16) SCC 299 the interim order

dated 05.09.2019 is extended for a further period of six months or

till the disposal of the suit whichever is earlier.

The application for extension of interim order is disposed of.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the

respondent- Hanumandas has expired.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to do the

needful.
