1. By way of present writ petition, the petitioner has challenged
communication dated 03.01.2023, whereby the respondent -
Jodhpur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited, Jodhpur has directed the
petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.2,53,116/- as condition
precedent for acceptance of his resignation letter.
2. In view of the judgment of the Division Bench of this Court
rendered in the case of Manisha Devi Vs. Jaipur Vidyuat
Nigam Limited & Anr. : D.B. Special Appeal (Writ)
No.304/2021 decided on 16.04.2021, no relief can be granted to
the petitioner.
3. The petitioner shall, however, be free to pursue his
representation dated 26.12.2022, made before the Managing
Director - DISCOM.

4. But for the small indulgence granted in para 3 above, the
present petition is dismissed.
5. The stay application also stands dismissed accordingly.
