24/01/2023 Counsel for petitioners states that petitioners are working as

Multi Purpose Health Worker and claiming revision of pay scale. It

has been stated that similarly situated persons have been

accorded the same benefit and the issue is squarely covered by

the judgment of Dadam Das Vaishnav Vs State of Rajasthan

& Ors.: S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.8309/2012 and placing

reliance on that judgment, in several other writ petitions benefit

has been accorded.

Let notices be issued to respondents.

In addition, copy of the writ petition be served in the office of

Mr. Vivek Tyagi, Dy.G.C. within one week, he may seek

instructions to appear in the present case. His name be shown in

the cause list.
