Learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the

controversy involved in the present case is squarely covered by

the judgment dated 29.11.2016 passed by this Court in S.B. Civil

Writ Petition No. 10159/2015 (Parbat Singh Vs. State of

Rajasthan & Ors.).

It is also admitted before this Court that the appeal filed

against the judgment dated 29.11.2016 has been rejected.

In view of the statement made before this Court, the present

writ petition is disposed of in the terms of the judgment passed by

this Court in Parbat Singh (supra).
