05/01/2023 In the instant writ petition, petitioner has challenged his

suspension order dated 1.1.2020 which has been effected from

28.12.2019.

After arguing for some time, counsel for petitioner seeks

permission to make a representation before respondents to

review/revoke the suspension order in light of the judgment

passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Ajay Kumar Choudhary

Counsel for respondents states that in case petitioner moves

representation, same would be considered and decided

accordingly.

In view of above, the writ petition stands disposed of with

liberty to petitioner to move representation before respondents.

It is expected from respondents that if representation is

moved, same shall be decided within a period of 3 months from

date of receipt of the representation.

All pending application(s), if any, also stand(s) disposed of.
