Order

13/02/2023 Counsel for petitioner states that persons, who have

acquired qualification of "Adeeb" from Jamia Urdu, Aligarh, have

been held entitled for registration as Auxiliary Nurse and Midwifery

(ANM) before the Rajasthan Nursing Council, in view of the

judgment dated 12.01.2022 passed in D.B. Special Appeal Writ

No.534/2005 titled The State of Rajasthan Vs. Miss Firdos

Tarannum and their registration is pending before the Rajasthan

Nursing Council. It has also been informed that in the other bunch

of writ petitions, directions have also been issued for issuance of

registration certificate by the Rajasthan Nursing Council.

Issue notice.

On behalf of respondents No.1 and 2, Dr. V.B. Sharma, AAG

has put in appearance and accept notices, hence notices be issued

to respondent No.3.

Copy of writ petition be served in the Office of Dr. V.B. Sharma,

AAG.

Office is directed to indicate the presence of learned "Additional

Advocate General" in the cause list.

In the meanwhile, petitioner is permitted to fill her

application form online/offline for the post of Female Health

Worker pursuant to advertisement dated 15.12.2022, provisionally

subject to outcome of this writ petition. However, result of the

petitioner shall not be disclosed.
