The petitioner has sought for inference of this court by

directing fair and impartial investigation of FIR No. 512/2016

registered with police station Sewar, Bharatpur for the offences

punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC.

Grievance of the petitioner is that since more than last six

years, investigation is pending due to lethargic attitude of

investigating agency, monitoring is a must.

Learned State counsel submits that impugned FIR was

challenged in SB Criminal Misc. Petition No. 5467/2017 by accused

Ram Singh and others and vide order dated 13.07.2018, court

admitted the petition for hearing and directed that further

proceedings arising out of impugned FIR shall remain stayed.

The petition was disposed of on 10.08.2021, thereafter police

started investigation and now investigation is almost complete,

police is expected to submit charge-sheet within two weeks.

In view of the aforesaid submission, instant petition stands

disposed of with liberty to petitioner that if further monitoring of

the investigation is required, the petitioner may approach before

the concerned Magistrate in light of judgment passed in Sakiri

Vasu Vs. State of U.P. & Ors. reported in AIR 2008 SC 907.
