Learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this

contempt petition as the operation of the order dated 23.10.2020

passed in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.7348/2020, the contempt

[2023/RJJP/002146] (2 of 2) [CCP-17/2021]

whereof is alleged, has been stayed by a Division Bench of this

Court with liberty to get it revived in case exigency so warrants.

The contempt petition is dismissed accordingly with liberty as

aforesaid.
