04/02/2023 Matter has come up on an application bearing Inward

No.1/2022 filed by learned counsel for the appellants under Order

22 Rule 4 CPC for substitution of legal representatives of the

deceased respondent No.2- Phooli Devi who has passed away on

30.11.2021.

It is stated in the application that the impugned

judgment was passed on 17.02.2022 and the respondent No.2-

Phooli Devi had died on 30.11.2021.

In view of the above fact, the application No.1/2022 is

misconceived and is hereby dismissed.

As prayed by learned counsel for the appellants, four

weeks time is granted to remove the defect(s) as pointed out by

office.
