Kotwani prays for last opportunity to file reply on behalf of

respondent No.3 - Municipal Council, Hanumangarh.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also prays for some

time to file rejoinder to the replies filed on behalf of other

respondents.

Mr. Nitin Prakash Trivedi and Ms. Akshiti Singhvi for

Mr. Sandeep Shah, learned AAG have informed this Court that

they have filed replies on behalf of their respective

respondents long back.

Taking into consideration the above facts and

circumstances of the case, last opportunity of two weeks is

granted to learned counsel for the respondent No.3 -

Municipal Council, Hanumangarh to file reply.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to file

rejoinder to the replies filed on behalf of respondents, except

the respondent No.3 - Municipal Council, Hanumangarh.

It is made clear that no further opportunity will be

granted either to counsel for the petitioner or the counsel for

the respondent No.3 to file rejoinder/reply.

List on 20.2.2023, as prayed.

Interim order, if any, to continue till the next date.
