Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The appellant-applicant has preferred this application for

temporary suspension of sentence with a prayer for releasing him

on temporary bail for a period of two months on account of

marriage of his daughter. The factum of marriage of appellant-

applicant's daughter is verified by the SHO, Police Station Garhi,

District Banswara, as per which, the marriage of appellant-

applicant's daughter is scheduled for 23rd January, 2024.

Learned counsel for the appellant-applicant has submitted

that earlier also, the sentence of the appellant-applicant was

suspended temporarily by this Court vide order dated 16.09.2022

for a period of fifteen days and after expiry of that period, he

surrendered himself before the jail authorities concerned.

Having regard to the overall facts and circumstances of the

case, this application for temporary suspension of sentence is

allowed and it is hereby directed that the sentence of appellant-

applicant - Khan Bahadur S/o Meer Mohammad shall remain

suspended temporarily for up to 30th January, 2024, provided he

furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.2,00,000/- along with

two sureties of Rs.1,00,000/- each to the satisfaction of the trial

court.

In any case, the appellant-applicant - Khan Bahadur S/o

Meer Mohammad shall surrender himself before the

Superintendent Central Jail, Udaipur on or before 30 th January,

2024 at 5 PM.
