Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that the writ

petition was wrongly decided while covering the matter by the

judgment rendered by this Court in Mahaveer Prasad Vs. The

State of Rajasthan (S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.967/2012). Thus,

learned counsels submit that the order dated 11.12.2012 passed

by this Court may be recalled.

In light of such submission, the order dated 11.12.2012 is

recalled. Accordingly, the present writ review is allowed.

The writ petition is restored to its original number.
