An application has been filed seeking correction in the order

dated 23/8/2023 passed by this Court in D.B.Cr.Misc. Temporary

Suspension of Sentence Application (Appeal) No. 1044/2023.

It is inter alia indicated that in the order dated 23/8/2023

passed by this Court, name of the court - Special Judge, SC/ST

Act cases, Udaipur has been indicated on account of wrong

indication made in the memo of appeal as the judgment has been

[2023:RJ-JD:27061-DB] (2 of 2) [CRLMA-310/2023]

passed by the Special Judge, SC/ST Act Cases, Rajsamand and,

therefore, the order be corrected accordingly.

In view of the submissions made, the application is allowed.

In the order dated 23/8/2023 instead of Special Judge, SC/ST Act

Cases, Udaipur, Special Judge, SC/ST Act Cases, Rajsamand shall

be read.
