1. Mr. Saran, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

petitioner would be satisfied if the competent authority of the

respondents is directed to consider petitioner's representation

dated 22.07.2018 expeditiously.

2. The present petition is disposed of with a direction to the

petitioner to file a fresh representation along with the copy of the

judgment dated 29.07.2015 passed by the Division Bench of this

Court at Jaipur Bench in the case of Gopal Kumawat Vs. State of

Rajasthan & Ors. : D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.2963/2007 and a

photocopy of the earlier representation dated 22.07.2018.

3. In case, the representation is so addressed within a period of

four weeks, the Director - respondent No.3 or any other

competent authority of the respondents shall consider the same in

accordance with law within a period of three months of receiving

the representation.

4. It is made clear that aforesaid direction to decide the

representation has been issued only with a view to ensure

expeditious redressal of petitioner's grievance. The same may not

be construed to be an order to decide the representation in a

particular manner.
