This contempt petition has been filed alleging willful

disobedience of the order dated 19.09.2014 whereby, the

respondents were directed to take a decision if the petitioner

prays that out of 25% developed land, 5% be treated as

commercial.

Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted a copy of

the order dated 14.03.2023 passed by the District Collector, Jaipur

wherein, it is stated that the if the petitioner applies for treating

[2023:RJ-JP:20309] (2 of 2) [CCP-232/2021]

5% land as commercial with the competent authority for

conversion under the Rules of 2007, it shall be considered in

accordance with law. She submits that the if the petitioner applies

for conversion under the Rules of 2007, the prayer shall be

considered in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for disposal of the

contempt petition in terms thereof.

Ordered accordingly.
