1. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner

assailing the order dated 26.06.2023, issued by the Mining

Engineer, Jhunjhunu, cancelling the approval of the royalty naka.

2. Counsel for the respondents has placed the order dated

28.08.2023 before this Court, whereby the order impugned dated

26.06.2023 which is under challege in the present writ petition

has been withdrawn by the petitioner.

3. Counsel for the petitioner does not dispute this fact being the

matter of record.

4. In view of the order dated 28.08.2023 issued by the Mining

Engineer, Jhunjhunu withdrawing the impugned order dated

26.06.2023, the present writ petition has become infructuous.

5. Therefore, the present writ petition is dismissed.

6. Singh the main petition has been dismissed, the stay

application and all other pending application/s, if any, also stands

dismissed.
