Learned counsel for the petitioners wants to withdraw this

contempt petition with liberty to assail the order dated 06.04.2023

[2023:RJ-JP:19501] (2 of 2) [CCP-1097/2022]

passed by the respondents rejecting their representation by way

of an appropriate remedy available under the law.

The prayer is not opposed by the learned counsel for the

respondents.

In view thereof, this contempt petition is dismissed as

withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.

The notices are discharged.
