This contempt petition has been filed alleging willful

disobedience of the order dated 08.02.2018 passed by this Court

whereby, the respondents were directed to decide the

representation filed by the petitioners by a speaking and reasoned

order.

Learned counsel for the respondents, inviting attention of

this Court towards the order dated 03.07.2019 (Annexure-R/1)

appended with the reply filed by them, would submit that the

representation filed by the petitioner has been decided vide a

reasoned and speaking order. He, therefore, prays for dismissal of

the contempt petition.

None for the petitioner.

Taking into consideration the contentions advanced by the

learned counsel for the respondents and the order dated

03.07.2019, this Court is satisfied that there has been substantial

compliance of the order dated 08.02.2018.

In view thereof, this contempt petition is dismissed.

The notices are discharged.
