Judgment / Order

This contempt petition has been referred by the Rajasthan

Civil Services Appellate Tribunal, Rajasthan, Jaipur alleging willful

disobedience of the order dated 28.02.2018 passed by it.

Learned counsel for the respondents, inviting attention of

this Court towards the order dated 28.07.2022 passed by this

Court in SB Civil 2515/2022, would submit that operation of the

[2023:RJ-JP:18449] (2 of 2) [CCP-743/2022]

order dated 28.02.2018, contempt whereof is alleged, has been

stayed. She, therefore, prays for dismissal of the contempt

petition.

In view of the stay on the operation of the order dated

28.02.2018 by this Court vide order dated 28.07.2022, this

contempt petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner shall be at

liberty to get the same revived if the need so arises.

The notices are discharged.
