passed in S.B. Review (Writ) No.72/2015, learned counsel for the

petitioner wants to withdraw this contempt petition with liberty to

get it revived if the need so arises.

The prayer is not opposed by the learned counsel for the

respondents.

In view thereof, this contempt petition is dismissed with

liberty as aforesaid.
