On 11.08.2023 following order was passed:
"Learned counsel for the respondents, inviting
attention of this Court towards the contents of para
no.3 of the reply to contempt petition, would submit
that the institution Primary Health Centra, Baloda has
been taken over by the department after abolishing
the PPP Mode and no contractual staff is working
thereafter. He, therefore, prays for dismissal of the
contempt petition
None appears for the petitioners even in second
round. However, in the interest of justice, they are
granted one more opportunity to rebut the aforesaid
statement.
List the matter on 17.08.2023 as 'seventh case'
as prayed."

Today also, none appears for the petitioners even in second
round.
In view thereof, this contempt petition is dismissed for non-
prosecution.
