Learned counsel for the respondents submits a copy of the

order dated 21.03.2023 passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court of India

[2023:RJ-JP:16767] (2 of 2) [CCP-372/2023]

in Special Leave Petition (Civil) Diary No.4597/2023: The State of

Rajasthan & Ors. Vs. Gomi, for perusal of this Court.

Inviting attention of this Court towards the order dated

21.03.2023, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the

direction issued by a Division Bench of this Court requiring the

respondents to extend the petitioners appointment on the post of

ANM on the strength of their "Adeeb" qualification obtained from

Jamia Urdu, Aligarh, has been stayed by the Hon'ble Supreme

Court of India. He, therefore, prays for dismissal of the contempt

petition.

The aforesaid statement is not disputed by learned counsel

for the petitioner.

In view thereof, the contempt petition is dismissed. However,

the petitioner shall be at liberty to get this contempt petition

revived in case the need so arises.
