Order
12/04/2023
Learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press the
application for early hearing of the matter.
The application is dismissed accordingly.
Another applications (I/A Nos.1/23) has been preferred on
behalf of counsel for the petitioners with a prayer for extension of
interim orders dated 14.12.2020 & 16.12.2020.
A perusal of the interim orders dated 14.12.2020 &
16.12.2020 makes it clear that the same were not absolute and
requires extension from time to time.
However, in view of the Hon'ble Apex Court judgment passed
in the case of Asian Resurfacing of Road Agency Vs. Central
Bureau of Investigation; 2018 (16) SCC 299. The interim
(2 of 2) [CW-13302/2020]
orders dated 14.12.2020 & 16.12.2020 are extended for a further
period of six months or till the disposal of the suit whichever is
earlier.
The applications for extension of interim order are disposed
of.
