This bail cancellation application has been filed on behalf of

the petitioner with a prayer to cancel the bail granted to the

respondent No.2 by the Sessions Judge, Sriganganagar (for short

'the trial court') vide order dated 16.01.2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that after

releasing on bail, the respondent No.2 is threatening the petitioner

with dire consequences as also intimidating him that the act which

she has done earlier will be repeated. It is also submitted that

since the respondent No.2 is indulged in criminal activities

regularly, her bail granted by the trial court may be cancelled.

Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail cancellation

application.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and after going

through the material available on record, I do not find any case for

interference in this bail cancellation application, which is dismissed

as such.
