by S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.11224/2016 (Tulsa Ram Vs.

State of Rajasthan & Ors).

In view of the aforesaid submission, the instant writ petition is

disposed of in terms of the judgment dated 23.01.2017 passed by

this Court in the case of Tulsa Ram (supra).

Stay application also stands disposed of.
