31/10/2022 The instant first appeal has preferred against dismissal of

civil suit No.114/2017 vide impugned judgment and decree dated

23.2.2021.

Issue notice to respondents for appeal as also of stay

application.

On request of counsel for appellants, service of notices upon

respondents No.5 to 13 who have been made party as proforma

respondents is dispensed with on risk and consequences of

appellants.

Record of the trial Court be summoned.

Stay application shall be considered after service of notices

and receiving of record.
