These matters come up for consideration of two applications

(IA Nos. 1/22 and 2/22).

In the application No.1/22, the petitioners have prayed that

they may be allowed to make an additional prayer in the writ

petitions, which is not opposed by the counsel for the

respondents, hence, the application No.1/22 is allowed.

In the application No.2/22, the petitioners have prayed that

they may be allowed to implead the Superintendent Mining

Engineer Udaipur as respondent No.4 in the writ petitions.

For the reasons mentioned in the aforesaid application, the

same is allowed and the Superintendent Mining Engineer Udaipur

is impleaded as respondent No.4 in the writ petitions.

Amended cause title has already been filed be taken on

record, however, the amended writ petitions be filed within a

period of two weeks.

Learned counsel Mr. Sandeep Shah, AAG and Mr. BP Bohra

appearing for the respondents seek some time to file reply to the

amended writ petitions.
