09/11/2022 It appears from record that appellants-plaintiffs instituted a

civil suit for permanent injunction which was decreed vide

judgment dated 8.12.2016, however, from filing first appeal by the

Forest Department, the judgment and decree has been quashed

and set aside vide judgment dated 29.7.2020. The first Appellate

Court has categorically recorded fact findings that appellants are

not in possession of lands in question.

On request of counsel for appellants, list this appeal again

after four weeks.
