Appellant-defendant has filed this first appeal assailing the

judgment and decree dated 10.10.2022 passed in Civil Suit

No.59/2019 by the Court of Additional District Judge,

Dantaramgarh, District Sikar whereby and whereunder the civil

suit for specific performance and permanent injunction has been

decreed.

Heard.

Admit.

Issue notice to respondents.

Record of trial court be summoned.

In the meanwhile, execution of impugned decree dated

10.10.2022 shall remain stayed and both parties shall maintain

status quo as to alienation and possession of the suit property, as

it exists today.
