1. Petitioner has filed this habeas corpus petition seeking

production of corpus.

2. The corpus has been produced before the Court.

3. We have interacted with the corpus. She has stated that as

on date she is not in any illegal detention and she is not willing to

go with the petitioner for social reasons. She has also sated that

she went with the petitioner on her own free will and solemnized

marriage in Arya Samaj, stayed with the petitioner for seven days

and that she is knowing the petitioner for last three years.

4. We have considered the contentions.

5. The corpus is major and she does not wish to go with the

petitioner and has stated before the Court that she is not in any

illegal detention, hence, we are not inclined to entertain the

present habeas corpus petition.

6. Accordingly, present habeas corpus petition is dismissed.

7. The corpus is free to go to the place of her choice.
