The instant criminal misc. petition under Section 482 CrPC
has been preferred by the petitioners for quashing of FIR No.
138/2022, Police Station Mahila Thana, Jodhpur for the offence
under Sections 406, 323, 354 IPC.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Public
Prosecutor.
Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case,
it is directed that the petitioners shall not be arrested. They have
to appear before the trial court. In the event of filing of the challan
and moving a regular bail application by the petitioners before the

trial court, the petitioners shall be released on bail on the amount
of sureties and bonds to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate.
The instant miscellaneous petition under Section 482 CrPC is
disposed of.
Stay petition also stands disposed of.
