Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the

dispute is between the siblings in respect of ownership of the land

but with an ulterior motive, the brother of the petitioner has

lodged the impugned FIR with the help of the servant.

Issue notice, returnable within four weeks.

In the meanwhile and till next date, the petitioner shall not

be arrested.
