Learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the

matter has been on board of the learned trial court for hearing

and it has further been posted tomorrow for the arguments of the

petitioner.

Due to paucity of time, the matter could not be heard.

In the circumstances, the learned trial court is directed to

proceed with the hearing of the case but shall not pronounce the

judgment till the next date of hearing.
